As a participant in this 12-week program, you will be expected to contribute as follows:
Participate in the 30 minute Wellness discussion,
Participate in the 60 minute smovey Fitness exercises (smovey for brain, coordination, balance, cardio, strength and stretching).
Read a chapter of the book.
Undertake the weekly exercises and report on your efforts at the class or on the facebook site.
Playfully and enthusiastically encourage others.

Wellness/Fitness Program for Active Aging (12 weeks)
This is a unique straight forward Wellness/Fitness Program that works with your brain and body to help you make healthy, permanent lifestyle changes. The program is based on “ The Life-Changing 12-Week Method – THE PROGRAM: The Brain-Smart Approach to the Healthies You” by Kelly Traver, M.D.
Each week we will explore a chapter of the program (30 minutes), proceed with smovey brain, balance, strength, and cardio exercises (45 minutes) and finish with mindful relaxation and stretching (15 minutes).
Topics covered; Personal Wellness Plan, Eating, Moving, Stress, Energy, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Sleep, Happiness, Health, Cancer, Successful Aging, Health Forever.
